We ship worldwide, from Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Shipping cost

In the Netherlands we send for € 6,- / € 8,- for order under € 100,- (Free shipping above € 100)

In the rest of the EU it is between € 10,- / € 20,- for orders under € 200,- (Free shipping above € 200,-)

Rest of the world it is between € 24,- / €35,-  for orders under € 400,- (Free shipping above € 400,-)

Stock & delivery

Items marked on stock, are on stock. Therefore we can send them out within a few days. Items which are not on stock are marked with their delivery time. When back on stock, we can send them out within a few days.

Return policy

Not satisfied with the ordered product? Send us a message for confirmation and shipping info. Then ship the item back to us (at your cost) and we'll refund you or exchange the item for a different one. Attention: You'll have to request the return within 14 days of receiving the product. Check for more info about the return policy the Terms & Conditions.

Within 30 days after receiving back the item you ordered, we will transfer your money back. Normally we will use the method you made the payment with, to transfer back to.

The returned product needs to be new, unused and with its original packaging, to be able to make use of the return policy.

Custom ordered products

Items which are produced in accordance with the Buyer’s custom specifications do not apply to the Distance Purchase regulations and can therefore not be refunded.
